Join me on a Business Class flight with Qatar Airways onboard a Boeing 777-200LR from the Seychelles to Doha. This flight review documents the entire Qatar Airways Business Class experience, including the airport lounge, onboard meals, fully lie-flat bed, and amenities. This particular flight was flown by a Boeing 777 with Qatar Airways' old Business Class cabin, with seats in a 2-2-2 layout. Qatar Airways primarily flies Boeing 777 aircraft with this seat layout to the Seychelles, which is mostly visited by couples, families, and friends (who may prefer a configuration with paired seats over Qatar Iarways' famous Qsuite pods). Although still comfortable, this old Business Class product with a 2-2-2 seat configuration is not as good as the 1-2-1 seat arrangement that Qatar Airways installed on its other widebody aircraft (Boeing 787, Boeing 777, Airbus A350, and Airbus A380). That said, I was still impressed by Qatar Airways’ soft Business Class product, including an excellent onboard dinner.
