House joins the Senate in passing a bill to overturn a Biden Administration rule requiring offshore oil and gas drillers to do archaeological assessments to protect historical resources like shipwrecks from damage. The bill now goes to President Trump to be signed into law. FDA Commissioner nominee Dr. Martin Makary testifies before Senate Health Committee about health misinformation and trust in science, and rules for dispensing the abortion drug mifepristone. Steve Witkoff, Special Presidential Envoy to the Middle East, is asked about what President Trump called his "last warning" to Hamas to release the hostages being held in Gaza. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky meets with European leaders on a military aid package, U.S. Special Envoy to Ukraine and Russia Keith Kellogg talks about President Trump's strategy for peace at the Council on Foreign Relations in Washington, DC.
