Dow Jones Industrial Average falls 478 points. The White House says Elon Musk comments about Social Security and other entitlements being the 'big ones' to find savings only referred to fraud in those programs. Secretary of State Marco Rubio after meeting with Ukrainian officials in Saudi Arabia announces Ukraine has agreed to a 30 day ceasefire with Russia and the 'ball is in Russia's court'. Secretary Rubio also says the U.S. will resume military intelligence sharing with Ukraine. NTSB releases a preliminary report on the deadly helicopter and plane collision in January near Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport and calls for a permanent change in the helicopter routes around that airport after finding a high risk of another collision.
