Secretary of State Marco Rubio after meeting with Ukrainian officials in Saudi Arabia announces Ukraine has agreed to a 30 day ceasefire with Russia and the 'ball is in Russia's court'. Secretary Rubio also says the U.S. will resume military intelligence sharing with Ukraine. NTSB releases a preliminary report on the deadly helicopter and plane collision in January near Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport and calls for a permanent change in the helicopter routes around that airport after finding a high risk of another collision.
