This time of year, you never know what to expect from a retailer because everyone seems to want their part of holiday spending. Not to be outdone, mobile carriers are pushing their way to the front of the line to get what they want out of the consumer’s holiday budget, and the deals are get-’em-while-they-last worthy.
Four lines for $100
Every few months, T-Mobile pulls a four-lines-for-$100 deal out of its bag of tricks and that deal is back in vogue for the time being. The four-for plan is usually $120 a month, but this version breaks down like this according to the company’s press release:
Four lines for $100/month with AutoPay and four iPhone 15s on Us on Essentials or Business Unlimited Select with unlimited talk, text and data. The Family Sharing part of the plan allows up to six family members to share access to Apple services, purchases, an iCloud storage plan, and more.
As there is with most any deal, you would be smart to check out the fine print on things like the deal being “subject to change,” “$35/line device connection charge due at sale,” etc. You can find all those caveats here.
If you’re interested, the new plan can be seen on T-Mobile’s plans page, but you have to set the number of lines desired to four.
Free Apple TV 4K the purchase of a new iPhone 15
If you’d like to buy something the whole family can enjoy, Verizon is offering anyone who buys a new iPhone 15 or iPhone 15 Pro an Apple TV 4K streaming device – a particularly good savings if you’re thinking about a new TV or subscription to Roku or another streaming service to upgrade your streaming choices.
On top of this, Verizon iPhone customers can get six months of Apple One, which includes 50GB of iCloud storage, Apple Music, Apple Arcade, and Apple TV+. That means you save another $120 or more.
Verizon sweetens the deal even more by offering up to $1,000 off any iPhone 15 Pro with a new line.
Time is of the essence, though. You’ve got until November 15th to pull the trigger on these Verizon deals.
Even more free Apple stuff
If you’re not a Verizon person and prefer T-Mobile instead, or you’re looking to cut back on what you’re paying for Netflix or Disney+, T-Mobile says it’ll continue to pay for your AppleTV+ subscription – “Despite the fact that the streaming service recently went up in price,” the phone plan watchers at TheMobileReport, said.
“As detailed in a leaked document provided to us here at The Mobile Report, the streaming service should still be free of cost to those who qualify. The price increase will be reflected on your bill from this point onward, so if you haven’t finished Ted Lasso just yet, you have nothing to worry about — you don’t need to run and cancel it.”
